If he's cute n i'm caught staring..i give him him a sweet smile....if he's ugly n i'm caught staring, I give him a dirty look !

Staring should always be proceeded by a smile. Guys love girls who smile moderately. Then, when he sees you staring, wink your eye at him and wave your hand at him while you say hello, but in a firm positive way. If he greets you back, then this will be your opportunity to start a conversation with, "how are you?" Afterwards, ask him how life is treating him, and then ask him to join you for lunch. All he can say is yes or no. But, all you have to understand is that people love to find people to talk to and spend time with.

I know your question was meant fro girls, but still, i took it literally!!!
Hmmm........... i think the girl should smile if shes really interested. But what she wants is just to steal a few quick glances then she should look away if he catches her staring..... (Repeat everytime).
But u know what, sometimes we are untentionaly staring at someone while deeply in thought, and such a situation becomes very embarassing sometimes!! Especially if its a Guy i'm staring at, and taht too at a pool, and if perchance that guy is Gay, GOD help me then!!!!!!!!!!

Smile and go on about your business. Then get out and sit near him maybe try and strike a conversation up rather than staring at him.

Stop his heart w/ joy: smile back and give him a sligh, mischevious wink. Then go about your business.....and discreetly keep an eye on what he does.
Bet he'll saunter on by you.....so you know you got a "bite".
