Yeah, that's a pretty childish, deluded fella there, and sadly, there are hundreds of thousands like him here in the U.S., and they've got significant political power.
Any ideas how to stop 'em?

I think that people would still dislike the US whether or not this fellow existed and I think the reason is that as in all things in the real world it is nothing to do with complicated political theories but simply that the US is perceived as a bully. Our own Tony (Yo) Blair is far worse even than Bush in that he operates exclusively under the protection of the worlds number one bully. Rest assured we, Britain, wouldnt be messing around in Iraq were it not for our muscular chum on the other side of the Atlantic however 'moral' the cause.

Mate, he is what is commonly known as a S$%tstirrer. I have had arguments with people like this before, and the lack of even a shred of intelligence (indicated by the fact that he thinks his opinions matter) tells us that we should not even bother. If it is any concellation he is either a 10 year old kid, or he will be shining shoes the rest of his life (no offence to shoe shiners).

I think people like this guy have always existed in the US. They are just ignored whenever better presidents are in office. Because Bush is in office people like this are getting more publicity.

Yes, he is what we have come to know as an arrogant, ignorant, bigoted, racist, homophobic, generalising, bible-bashing ****.
Tempting as it may be to regard the above as synonymous with 'American', that would make us bigoted and generalising.
Lets just settle with hating their government for now mate.

Why don't you collect all of the answers, and then send him the link so he can read all about himself!
Personally, you can puff up your chest and holler, but it won't dent his (or others like him) armor that he puts on every morning.
