i dont have a mobile phone "cell", but i would like to send and receive sms "text message" on the web. i know yahoo allows this but how do i find out what my mobile "cell" number is?

at yahoo, you've got to have a mobilefone. And as you have said you don't have one.

try using chikka - it's a web based international texting site without really having a fone of your own (but with limitations). visit chikka.com.ph and find out for yourself.
