Officially Ronaldinho is the best soccer player in the world as he is the current holder of World player of the year.
The best club team would be Barcelona as they are spanish champions and European champions league holders.
The world club championships will be held soon which will give us officially the best team in the world.
Although a case can be made for Chelsea who are by far the best team in England and with some fantastic new players who have just signed for them.

right now i would say ronaldiniho even though he failed to preform at the international stage and prove he is a true superstar. the same happened to lampard. the reason why i say it is ronaldiniho is because he is still the fifa world player of the year. the best club is probably barcelona.
