I must answer by types. Favorites include: 1970's Chinese comedy-Girl With The Long Hair; classic samurai film-The 7 Samurai; German fiilm-Aguirre der Zorn Gottes; revenge classic- 1961 version of The Count Of Monte Cristo; noir revenge tale-Payback; comedy kung fu-City Hunter; girls & guns-Zero Woman III, etc. I've written a series of essays about this for a local newspaper.

That's tough. It depends on what mood I'm in, but if I had to chose, I'd pick either The Godfather Parts 1&2 or Doctor Strangelove.

I don't have ONE favourite movie, but my favourite at this moment, is The Cook, The Thief, his Wife, her Lover.
I saw it again recently after many years and its SO WEIRD!!!!! loved it!!
Next week I'll probably have a different favourite movie......
