If we have another world war and all the countries were at war together, what country would be left standing?

Given that such a war would involve major nuclear, biological and chemical arsenals and would therefore devastate the whole world, even neutral countries would be destroyed by fallout, I think that no country would be left standing. China because of its large population would probably have the greatest number of people left alive. In a conventional war it really depends on who your allies are.
