Hi,
Given that such a war would involve major nuclear, biological and chemical arsenals and would therefore devastate the whole world, even neutral countries would be destroyed by fallout, I think that no country would be left standing. China because of its large population would probably have the greatest number of people left alive. In a conventional war it really depends on who your allies are.

My country. And by that, I do not mean the United States, I mean a country I created after the rest of the world's countries have been crapped on. I think I'll call it "The Republic of Blackhawk_flashania."

If it went nuclear, no countries would be left standing. So my answer is the only survivors would be the scientists on Antarctica.
