Genesis 4:17
And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

"And Cain knew his wife." That's nice, but where the hell did she come from? The Bible doesn't mention any of Cain's sisters. Well, maybe he married his mom, or maybe God pulled another creation over in the next county. In any case, Cain and the mysterious Mrs. Cain have a son (another blue cigar!). His name is Enoch and he builds a city (population 3).

Although the Bible doesn't say, Joseph Smith provided the answer in "The Inspired Version" of the Bible, which was his very own "translation". Here's what it says:

And it came to pass, that Cain took one of his brother's daughters to wife, and they loved Satan more than God.
– Gen.5:13

So according to Joseph Smith (and he ought to know!) Cain married one of his nieces. He doesn't say, though, which of Cain's brothers was Mrs. Cain's father.

Another answer is provided by the Pre-Adamite theory.

The Pre-Adamites

God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. -- Genesis 1:27

One way of dealing with the two contradictory creation accounts is to say that the reason there are two different stories is that there were two different creations. This has been a common interpretation historically, and it is still found taday.

It does solve a few problems. It explains, for example:

Why there are two contradictory creation accounts.

Where Cain found his wife and found enough people to build a city. (Genesis 4:12-17)

The origin of native Americans, Australians, Polynesians, etc.

Why the first account doesn't mention Adam or Eve.

But Pre-Adamite theology has also been used to support racisim and antisemitism.

The bible only mentions Cain and Abel. i'm specific that Adam and Eve had lots, and lots and lots greater young ones that the bible only does not point out. The bible only point out Adam and Eve eating nutrition once or twice additionally yet i'm specific they ate nutrition greater advantageous than that. The bible in many cases only mentions the particularly suitable issues. We additionally do no longer understand how long Adam and Eve have been interior the backyard in the previous they sinned and have been kicked out, they'd have been in there for million and tens of millions of yrs, so they'd have had lots of time of procreate greater young ones, and those young ones have young ones and those young ones have young ones...and so on.. So answer your question Cain and Abel would have had to had intercourse with a sister, cousin, or maybe kin that have been very distantly suitable because of blood line.

If you read all of the book of Genesis you'll find out that there were actually some other people besides the two. It's written metarphorically- theirs is just a story of creation, you can only understand it if you're open minded and a Christian willing to learn more.

ok. i'm ur saviour mate. heheh. jez kidding.

anyway, adam n eve produced twins. boy coupled with girl. 1st pair and 2nd pair exchange partners. that's how adam decided for the twins. but the eldest son, Cain, refused to follow what adam has ordered cos he wanted to marry his own twin which is alot prettier. Cain end up killing his own brother , Habil (that's the brother's name in Muslims' version), to stop him from marrying his twin. and just FYI, that's the 1st homicide in this world we live in.

but u get the idea where did they get their wives from right?

xoxo

You see, at that time society was far more open-minded so they were all involved in incest gay marriage and they had loads of kiddies.
Old Testament of Bible is written in metaphorical way. It’s like when you are watching some political movie that is showing entire society via life of one man or a family.

Oh please, it's just a story. There was no adam and eve; pick up a copy of Charles Darwin's "On The Origin Of The Species" for a more in depth explanation.

At that time, brothers and sisters married each other. The bloodline was infected like it is today. So, Adam and Eve's son's married their sisters.
