If you want to be technical Shakespearean isn't a language.
The history of English is divided up in to three periods.
Contemporary, Middle, and Old.
Shakespeare is actually considered to be contemporary. Trust me Middle and Old English are so different from Shakespeare it is unreadable and in college you can actually take Middle or Old English as a different language. Buy a copy of Beowulf with the original text in it you would cry trying to comprehend what it says.
But as for learning Shakespeare just practice reading his plays you'll get used to it.

Curiosity, It is English! If you need to figure out what you are reading, the only sure way is to re-read the passages, and put notes in the margins. This is how I've done it.

if you get a chance to go see a Shakepearean play, go for it. Seeing the language in action, then going back to the text is a great way to bring it to life and make it clearer.

First cut off about a half inch from the tip of our tounge.
Second, get drunk, wasted,... hammered, . . stay that way for the rest of your life, or until you're ready to be abby normal again.
Like the rest of us normal abbies.

I would just read stuff. "Translate" it. Eventually, you'll get the style and order down.
