Perfect size of woman breasts varies from a man to the other. My favorite is 34Cs. Nipples are sensitive like the vagina is when reaching an orgasm. You need a short recovery period to come back.

There is no "perfect" size. If you think a size 36d is perfect, put them on a women 6'2" about 220 lbs. and they will look like raisins in a fruit basket.
