First, if you have at least a bachelor's degree, you have to decide where you want to live.
Then go online and check which counties or cities are near your targeted "home".
From then on, you will have to find the websites for those jurisdictions, and see what they require.
You will be asked to fill out a resume, probably online, and a job application. Then you just sit back and wait.
Or, when you find the jurisdiction you're considering, check to see if they have any "job fairs" coming up. It's often easier to get a job that way than strictly online.
Good luck!

Are you a teacher with experience? I read an article about four or five months ago about how the school district in Baltimore, MD, was recruiting for teachers in the Philippines. You could try contacting them. There are probably other school districts similar to that one which cannot fill positions with American teachers.
Good luck to you.
