i get scared easily?

i was recently robed a couple of months ago now im a bit jumpy and i hear thing in my house at night is it normal?

Extremely normal. I was shot and it took me a couple of years not to hit the ground when there was an extremely loud noise that surprised me. You will get over it with time

Yes. It's post traumatic stress.

that's the effect and called trauma
