p.s. I am an american citizen, do I need work visa?

♡To work in Japan you have to have a lined up first. You will need a working visa. As an American, you can stay in Japan up to 90 days without a visa. But you will be working, so you will need your working visa. You must have a job here in Japan in order to get the working visa. You can get all the info at the MOFA site. Take a look:

There are actually companies that place medical professionals in other countries...My sister does traveling R.N and picks her companies to work with by what they are offering...

They are a dime a dozen on the internet...
