When my bf's friends told him I'm gorgeous when I wasn't around. Not really a direct compliment but it sure did my low self esteem some good. And like 'cowboyskid' I have a best friend who said that to me too and I'm not gay either.

Hmm. . . One time, I got compared to Ashlee Simpson. Another time, someone told me that I was the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. Cheesy, I know, but still a compliment.

I certainly have felt that way for 30 years of marriage. That feeling leads to distinctive unfavourable behaviors. Silence, anger ( in adult males anger and harm are very heavily appropriate) and countless different undesirable behaviors. the reality is that adult males desire the ego strengthen to boot as females. adult males get it from ideas-set females get it from compliments, intimacy, the checklist is going on. Why it took me so long to parent this out is gloomy. the two human beings in a dating desire the confirmation, consistently. this is in simple terms the way it quite is. in case you may not get that feeling of confirmation and worth out of your significant other then from who? while you're unwilling to try this, you may desire to not be together. without the statements of confirmation the dating is doomed.
