my high school 10 year reunion is this month (im NOT going), and it got me thinking about the BS back in the day, some great, some not so great.
i was just wondering who else was bullied, and in the "unpopular" crowd? did you hate high school? would you go to your reunion?

typical "im so popular" response. thank you for reminding me why i don't need to go to that stupid joke of a reunion! ha. how sad, that you still feel the need to act like your the best of the best..when in reality....you just a sad little person.

I was bullied from 7th grade until 12th....it was horrible. I wanted to die every day. My 10 year reunion is next year and there's no way I'm going! I don't ever care to see those people again.

I was bullied quite badly, it got so bad I used to cry myself to sleep at night.

I was short, skinny and intelligent, which, it seems, were not the done thing to be when you are in high school! I was also a late developer, so I was surrounded by girls who looked like young women who were teasing me for still being a kid.

It really hurts, and I know how you feel. I did have a "growth spurt", and got boobs etc... And what with being skinny.... Well, when you have breasts it is a plus! I became popular after that, but it didn't turn me into a nicer person. I'm ashamed to say that I then tried to make the lives of the people who had bullied me a misery by bullying them back. Once I had a crowd with me, I felt confident enough to do that. It was wrong, and if I could apologise, I would! But I don't know where they all live now.

We don't have reunions here, but a few years back I met one of the main girls who bullied me. She had put on weight etc.. and all I felt was sorry for her. We spoke, and she asked me to forgive her. I did, and I'm so glad we've done that, it makes it just that little bit better.

By the way, if that's you on your avatar - go to the reunion!! You're really pretty and should have no reason not to be confident! Hold your head up high and show them who you are now, not who you were then!

im heading into high school with only one friend that i know going in that school too.
there are a few girls from a summer camp i went to going there aswell. I really am expecting the worst because they stole my friend and camp and made another girl cry!
though even if i am bullied, i will go to the 10 year reunion
i dont see the point in not going! I mean, they'd have all grown up and if they are still bullies, id just act friendly with them.
theres no point in letting bullies ruin your life.
I feel really sorry 4 you if bullies are the reason your not going to your own 10 year reunion!

Oh yes I was bullied really bad, it really lowered my view of myself. I had little confidence so talking to the girls was out of the question. I had very few friends (I can count all of them in one hand). I hated everyday of it. Once I got out of high school I wanted to change all that before going to college.

I was a very skinny person so I decided to do some weight lifting over the summer. By the time I got in college I was in the best shape of my life, it really changed my out look on life. I gained a lot more confidence and it it really showed. Made more friends in college then high school. My life just changed for the better.

Anyway back to your question, yes I would go to my reunion. To see how everybody is doing and maybe show off a little. I have no regrets and no grudge against anybody now, got over it.

I was bullied in school so I dropped out, I am 31 years old and I am still bullied. I am not feeling sorry for myself, I have the problem solved, I sit here for 18 hours a day doing this,

I was bullied and would love to go to a reunion and take care of those people that hurt me. I am not scared anymore, and will probably kick their asses. I hold a grudge for a long time. I graduated HS in 1982 Fair warning to all those people that hurt me in Huntington HS (NY) YOU ARE ON MY LIST...

I was always popular and ruled the click, bullied some people I'm sure, between getting drunk and the parties and hooking up with hotties. I see you are still a wreck from being an outcast.

Yup. I was bullied a lot, but when I went to my 20 year re-union, I saw that the bullies were stuck with fat ugly wives and none of them had left the area I was from. Sure, they went to college out of our area, but they stayed in Florida, never saw much of the world.
