Many Things and not just pregnancy can be the cause of this...

Diet, Health, drug use including some contraceptions like Depo/Implanon

Im presuming from your question that you have normal periods!!! and that your not waiting for your first!!!!

oh and the main cause of lack of periods .... suprise suprise is stress.......................

Most obvious thing is being pregnant!

Otherwise things such as stress, losing weight, putting on weight.

Or could be something medical such as polycystic ovaries.

See your GP just to be on the safe side.
