Alt+Print Screen (Prnt Scrn)
will take a screenshot of the currently selected window, not the entire screen like the normal screenshot function. This allows you to target that specific window that you have open and nothing else.

Hi,
I am rAh!L. Actuly the sreen shot means taking photo of the copmuter screen.Its the way through which you can take photo of your work to show any one as a slide show or demo.
I am assuming that you are using windows as your oerating system. Now For that you have to do is press Print Screen Key. Now open any picture editor.Now Goto Edit -> Paste. You will get your screen as photo. Now save it and then you can use it as a photo file.

screen shot is nothing but the image of ur screen which it is at the moment ur taking a picture of it. the procedure is already mentioned by other friends... bye

its a picture of what your computer screen looks like. you can press the print screen button + Alt on your keyboard to take a screenshot.

press the "print screen" button on your keyboard.
this puts in the image in the clipboard.
open "paint" or other image software.
"paste" and voila!!!
remember you can only take one screenshot at a time because the clipboard gets replaced every time.
if you have mac, use the program called snapz Pro X.

tis the picture of your computer screen.For taking it press print screen(prt scr..generally just above insert) button on ur keyboard to take it. now go to ms paint..........go to edit and press paste in it....then it will paste the image of ur screen of that time when u pressed the button........yu can save it in ms paint. BYE
