did u ever eat certain food when u were pregnant and feel sick after and throw up.

yes. though not all pregnant women experience this, it's a pretty normal phase. some women feel sick and throw up after eating some kinds of food while others can't stand even the smell of certain foods. this usually takes place in the 1st trimester...though some experience it pretty late. its a unique experience for different women.

i certainly did! i'm very much an ice-cream person but when i was pregnant, i couldn't swallow a mouthful of ice-cream without feeling nauseated.

it is an individual thing. some are lucky - they eat like a horse and don't feel any nausea. some can hardly hold down food for the first 2-3 months.

although many books mention that strong smelling foods tend to be revolting to many early in their pregnancies, this is not always true.

the best way is to just eat whatever your body doesn't reject and avoid those that you can't hold down. don't worry - your baby will get enough nutrients. this nausea usually becomes less severe once you are pass the third month.

its not in the food you ate. when youre pregnant human chorionic gonadotropin hormone increases thats y you feel like throwing up, its normal on a pregnant woman. after several months you wont feel it again..

if ur in early days of preg u can avoid morning sickness by just takin in liquid food like juices

i jus found out i was preg and i cant stand the smell of certain foods peanut butter is the worst

Yes during my first pregnancy it was mash potatoes. Also during this pregnancy it was lasagna and pickles...Almost 37wks.

anything with nitrogens made me sick hot dogs, peperoni, lunch meat ect... and onions....
