Is this on a blue screen? If it is, the name for it is "The Blue Screen of Death." It's time to take your lap top into the shop.

That is what we call the blue screen of death. You may have to reformat your hard drive or use your recovery cds. Good luck.

all you need is a registry cleaner. use registry mechanic or if your using norton utilities. use win doctor or disk doctor
