See a psychologist, and if you can't then go sleep with someone else and you will feel more secure hopefully. You may be delusional, or just slightly delusional, but any problem can grow. I'd say if it is really bothering you immediatley go see a psychiatrist*. A good place to ask this question is in the Psychology section under Social Science.

get councelling and see a doctor, some kinds of meds can help and just talking to someone who knows what its all about can help.

it's nothing... do this, if they are there, then the hell with them... why dont they come forward and talk to me? do they have not tongues to speak with?
otherwise, you probably are too stress out.... try to find time-out for yourself and enjoy a day of leisure and pleasure...
