First of all, I've never seen a unicorn, although I have seen drawings of them. My question is can anyone prove they don't exist anywhere in the universe. How do you know they're not hiding behind some distant star?

Furthermore, do you know for a fact that of all the billions of people who live on the earth or who have at some time in the past that not a single one (not one) has ever seen a unicorn?

Here, here! No one can prove that they don't exist. I think that they do. Them and dragons. They hide. They know that their magick is powerful and they know people would want to steal it. I honestly think that the shells at the beach have to have something to do with unicorns. Maybe there are unicorns in the ocean and they shed their horn like a deer sheds its antlers...

Unicorns are the most mysterious animal of all times and remain one of the great unsolved mysteries of the world.

Despite the widely held belief in its existence, it has not been seen in centuries.

For true believers, the fact that it no longer exists only adds to the mystique; placing it in the same realm as the dinosaurs, the mammoth, and possibly such unknown creatures as Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Others believe the Unicorn still exists in remote regions and can be discovered only by those of exceptional virtue and honesty.

It is impossible to prove the non-existence of unicorns since universe is infinite, this is a mathematical and logical fact which cannot be denied on scientific basis. It is also impossible to prove that noone has ever seen a unicorn since we do not know everything about the past.

As with all mythology and folklore , unicorns do have a base in reality . Although , most creatures such as unicorns are really just genetic mutations . A goat whose horns grew together to form one could be considered a unicorn . A unicorn , means only one horn , so anything having one horn is a unicorn . A Narwhal is a unicorn , even though it is a whale that has one horn .

They *may* have existed at some point, but they *may* now be extinct. Human imagination has a tendency to "embellish" things, especially if they don't know what they are seeing. *Proving* that they exist now or previously without solid evidence is a different matter. I don't believe that there were "horses" with horns, but maybe the closest to it would be the "Elasmotherium", which is a prehistoric rhinoceros. It *looked* like a horse, with a single horn in the center of its forehead.

Well they have them in the bible:

Num 23:22 God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn.

Num 24:8 God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce [them] through with his arrows.

Job 39:9 Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?

Job 39:10 Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? or will he harrow the valleys after thee?

Psa 29:6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

Psa 92:10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like [the horn of] an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.

But I don't believe in any of the biblical myths either.

im sure a few people say they have seen them, but there is no skeletal evidence for a horned horse. i think if people see them its when two alternate realities of earth touch and can be viewed and maybe even interacted with. they see elves, fairies, mermaids, nessie, dragons, and unicorns. and little grey space men too.

I believe that they are real. Just because I never seen one does not mean that they do not exist. Zoologists are finding new species of animals all the time

Isa 34:7 And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.

Unicorns were mentioned and described in the bible. If you think about it, though, it may not be the animal that we have thought of. I think it was possibly a rhino or something.
