Raúl is a colorless apparatchik without any charisma. On the other side he is undoubtedly ambitious and to keep in power he will need to use a hard hand or give it up.
Do you think the latter is an option for him and his clique? Neither do I.

Yes, it's about time too!!
Hopefully Carlos will allow more commerce into the country to help bolster it's economy. He was the Economic and Military Chief.
I think we can expect more commerce going into Cuba in the future. They sure could use the injection that's for sure.
