ppl do care ,but to achieve peace there must be war.

Because with peace, there will be no more businesses to flourish. War creates need. And this need is an opportunity to be met by opportunists, whether on the business side or politically.

There in history has never been a peace that wasn't guarded by the threat of war. Peace is the absence of war, you cant have one without the other.
