No, you shouldn't report him, Noran did, I will, just quit talking to him. I'm an older guy, but in my 30's I dated a black lady, and it was a great relationship, I'm a white guy, or caucasion, or what ever we are suppose to call it nowadays, anyhow, she dumped me for a younger white guy. lol. I'm over it now, but it hurt pretty bad at the time. Anyhow, race shouldn't be a factor when an adult is talking to a child. The children can't help what color their skin is, or who thier parents are. If he calls again, just hang up on him.

Simple rule: if he dont need to know he wont know. If he didnt break any law you cant do anything against him. Racial Slurs and Ignorance are covered by Freedom of Speech. If he said anything particular about any person then it is upto that person to file libel.
