At 12 years of age, if she absolutely HAS to have a mobile phone, it should be pre-paid. When she runs out of credit, she could do chores around the house to earn enough to buy more phone time. However it would be cheaper to give her two tin cans tied together with string. ;)

Get her prepaid. If she wants to talk that much she can do it on the land line at home.
