ok, so its not as bad as you think. But the bumps are sorta like "goose bumps" on my neck. I mean, it looks like im cold all the time because of the bumps. Is there any cream of some sort, or anything, to get rid of the bumps? Thanks!!

i don't use hairspray all the time. I do use it, but rarely.

i agree with yogess go get a massage and it will feel better and go in a few weeks.Or maybe if its bad go and visit a doctor and get it checked out .
