I have no idea what could have caused this.Went to bed last night fine woke up this mornining barley able to move my left leg.I thought it would get better thinking I maybe slept on it funny, but it's gotten worse. It's a weird pain in my thigh/hip area.I haven't done any activities that could possibly cause something like this.Any advise/suggestions would be great...I'm a little worried. I don't even know what doctor I should call for something like this. Thank you.

Here are some possiblities: a bad charley horse, hip tendonitis, or hormonal induced pain. If you have hip tendonitis, it hurts the worst when you move suddenly like if you roll over in bed. When you are getting close to or on your period, you can get a pain in one or both thighs. It feels worse when you are standing but can hurt when you are sitting too and usually feels somewhat better when laying down. It has something to do with your circulation not being as good at this time.
Also, if you have been in air conditioning a lot, it can cause your leg to ache.
For now, try a hot bath and see if that helps and take some Ibuprofen. It persists for several days, go see your doctor.

Call your primary care physician who will either want to advise you, see you or refer you. Simple enough that. It probably isn't too serious but it could be something that needs attention.

Don't worry too much.

They are called General Practioners for a reason. Go to your local doctor, and if you need to go somewhere else he/she will refer you to another doctor.
