Possibly. I was going to post something about possible moves for 2007 when the news broke. If it was up to me ( which it isn't), I'd prefer Mark in a Renault because based on this year at least, he has more chance of finishing and scoring points. No-one doubts his skill and determination. I also heard that he was talking about a pay cut to stay at Williams! Toyota may have a great engine next year but it's the whole package that's needed. Perhaps Renault's suspension problem might have cost them points in Germany but I think you'd agree that given a choice, Renault would be better than Williams. I'm an Aussie by the way but I support Ferrari! Once again, let me say how nice it is to have a woman interested in F1. You also frame your questions and comments very skillfully! Keep it up! :-)

A blessing indeed. The Williams team will be breaking in new engines and probably have no chance of winning, again, next year. Hopefully, Flavio can get Mark into Renault. It would be interesting to see what Mark can do in a car capable of winning a race.

Yes - he is a very good driver as he has proven when ever he got a good machine - Imagine him getting a Jaguar to perform good !

He should be in a front running team - Renault is a good option - he will beat the crap out of Giancarlo Fisichella !

Yes.

Now hopefully he can get accepted by a team who's cars will actually finish a race, that way giving the guy a mathematical chance at a good result.

My guess is that it is good for him if he lands with a team that can supply him with a good package, one that has the potential to win races.
