how can we chk that particular PC is broadcasting a packet in the network beacuse of which the network is becoming slow & after some time it breaks,
i would like to know is there any application which ill have to set in my network for the monitoring ? thanks in advance

Network snifers are available on net. Try them out.
If your OS is Windows NT, it has network analyzer. You can use that.

if number of PCs are less in your network, then you can check which PC is in broadcast mode by typing "ipconfig /all" at command prompt on each PC. If the node type is broadcast, thats the culprit.
Re-configure network properly - it should solve the issue.
