Have you tried calling them? Cox Communications is the main cable company here in Phoenix and it's surrounding cities (like Tempe). I would try calling an 800 number and talking to someone about it.

You can also try Qwest.

The same delivery path for high-speed internet is the delivery path for cable television.
You can call and ask, but they should carry cable with you.

Flee anything qwest. I just moved, tried to get phone/internet and they cant manage a callback/email back for a new customer in under 2 weeks. If they dont want my business badly enough to call me back within a week of my calling to request it, they dont really need my business.

They have had TERRIBLE service for the last 8 years. Get dish, or cox, but dont get qwest.
