My computers are a sony vaio FJ270 notebook with 1 GB RAM 100 GB HD, Pentium M 750 processor and a self built computer with two harddrives (120 GB, 80 GB) an AND athlon 2800+ barton processor, integrated graphics and 512 MB of DDR333 RAM

A year old next month emachines W3410, 512mb sdram, 100 gb harddrive, lcd flat screen monitor. It wasn't that expensive about 700 bucks with taxes at Wal-Mart.

At home, 3 years old. The capacities : RAM-256MB, CPU-Intel Celeron 2.4GHz, HDD-40GB.
I install 2 OS, one Windows XP service pack2 and another SuSE Linux 10.1 fully khmer unicode system.
But at my office just 2 years, Capacities : RAM-512MB, CPU-Intel P4 2.8GHz, HDD-80GB. This PC also has 2 OS, one Windows XP service pack2 and another SuSE Linux 10.1 fully khmer unicode system.

4 years and still outperforms most because of windows tweaks. 512MB RAM, 310 GB from 2 harddrives, Pentium 4 2.0GHz, geforce2 MX400 64MB video card, some cheap ($7) no name TV capture card I watch cable on.
6 years of service from my flat screen crt monitor.
