Mulatto. Adjective describing a person of mixed heritage with one parent being black and the other being white.

Other slang terms (some derogotory) might be:
Oreo
Zebra
Red Bone
High Yella'
Quadroon
And my new favorite.... Halfrican!

Do not use mulatto (that's almost as politially incorrect as calling a black person a "*****").

I say I'm bi-racial and further explain that my mom is white and dad is black.

technically biracial...but some say mulatto...really, the race shouldn't even matter, it's just a BABY
