It may be different for different people, but generally yes I believe it does. It took me over a year to get pregnant again once I had a miscarriage. But let me tell you that Red Raspberry Leaves -- just the herb I bought at the health food store -- stops early contractions and helps build your uterus. If I were you, I would start taking the red raspberry leaves herbs now so your uterus will start building back better. It's also good for bringing in milk after your baby comes. I took 2 capsules 2 or 3 times a day. I found out about the red raspberry leaves after my 3rd pregnancy, but the next came right on time with easier labors, too. Honestly, I wish doctors would recommend this. They are wrong not to. It would save many babies lives.

God bless you. Sorry to hear of your miscarriage. It happens and I personally believe God will keep this one for you to meet someday in heaven.

I think that will depend on your fertility. I had a miscarriage and was pregnant again with-in 3 months.

I had a miscarriage, waited for the next period, and got pregnant before the next one. The midwife just suggested waiting for one period.

Each situation is different and it's best to speak to the doc about when you should try to get pregnant again.
