watch what you eat while your at work...try not to buy lunch, instead bring your own lunch made at home.instead of parking close to the entrance of the building, park farther away so you can have that good morning and afternoon walk...instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs once in a while. Not everybody have time to hit the gym, so little subtle things that you can do while your at work can really help maintain your fit.
Goodluck.

WHEN DO I HAVE TIME to excersise, I get a half hour lumch and there is no Gym, I walk through the building a couple of times a day and use the toilets furthest from my office just to stretch my legs and I walk to and from work and I eat cereal for lunch and I am STILL putting wieght on. So what is the iso-whatsit traingin and what are the books?

Take small breaks throughout your day stretch, do isometric resist training. There are books written which will show you ways' of keeping fit while at work.

Schedule a time and stay with. Also look for small ways around your work that you can do things that will help. Like walking stairs.
