Look at why you lost your job, if it was redundancy, work out if you want to stay in that line of work or move on (There may be a down turn in that industry). If it was because of skills get yourself a job that has training in the contract. The best thing you can do is chin up and look at it as an opportunity to move on to bigger and better things.
