I have been needing to go for a wee more frequently than normal, had slight headaches, cramping, backache, felt sick and tiredness and last night i had stomach pains and felt like it was the onset of a stomach bug. For the past few days i thought i could have been pregnant. Have any of you found out you were pregnant and one of the symptoms been what you thought was a stomach bug?

I am on the pill and obviously still on it so am worried because if i am pregnant i should come straight off it - but i still have some pills left to take before the end of the packet!

It actually sounds to me like you have a urine infection, The kidneys ache in your back you get headaches because of the 'poison' backing up in your system and generally feel yucky (i get them a lot) Are you running a temp? especially through the night. Best thing to do would be to take a urine sample along to your doc so he can dip it, dont let it linger they can be nasty things and make you feel very poorly. Of course you could be pregnant but you wont know this until you can do a test (which you cant take until your period is due) why not go to the docs if its a while before you can do this, at least it might put your mind at rest. I agree, it does sound like a urine or kidney infection. Stomach bugs come and go normally within 2/4 days the symptoms are normally cramps, loose stools, somtimes vomiting or just feeling sick, urine infections cause back aches, fever, feeling sick, stomach upset, feeling weak. Maybe go to your doctor to see what he thinks.

i had alot of the same symptoms but i thought it was my time of the month have u got sore boobs that was one i had need to pee more lower back ache and tiredness also felling sick as well but wait till u miss ur period and get a test done do about 4 because not all come out pos if u r one of mine did come back neg

This could be a stomach bug or cystitis, or you could be pregnant. From the symptoms you describe you should see a doctor as soon as possible.

Absolutely!!!!!!!!! Took a preg test right then and there and was positive......but that doesnt mean you are make sure first, do a home but dont rule out, only blood work can give a definite answer..

You may be pregnant. If you missed a day for you pill, thats all that would be needed.
