they recover after wards so they can gain back their energy. So do girls..we also spleep after too...its just how we gain back the energy.

Not to brag or anything but most of the time I put the woman I'm with asleep with sex. Practice yourself to stay up long after you can keep up, it's called foreplay - intercourse - afterplay. Then there is morning sex (which I like the best) and you simply can't afford to fall asleep after that one. So maybe you should do more morning sex, it will pay off.

its how they recover. Most men dont like to cuddle or anything after sex except have their alone time to recover plus sex wears a person out.

On the contrary, it is the opposite for me. I told my guy before that our roles had switch. I prefer to light up & sleep, which he would prefer to snuggle.

when men have sex they use sperm. one must sleep to regain the sperm that was lost in the orgasm. it is like a defense mechanism so that a man is never without spermies.

Hormones, it takes more energy for them to orgasism beleive it or not! thus leaving them sleepy or feeling drained
