First impression is probably they're a little rough around the edges. But then I have a neighbor with quite a few, and now that I know her fairly well, I don't really notice them. She only lately volunteered what her teardrops meant. And the best part is, this woman is a very caring, giving individual, not what her tattoos say to the world.
I have another friend that, with her husband, probably have over 30. If you knew these two, your first thought would be hippy, because they also used to have the VW minibus/van and she used to have beads and tie dye (sp?) for office decorations. And they were born in the 60s, so I suppose they're late bloomers?
What the image is? Yes, that would affect me, too.

It should not matter if one has 1 or 100 tattoos. The person is still a person. What ever the images are of, I think it's that persons right to have. So, no. It does not matter.

I consider your mom. Those with tats and piercings are stereotyped as freaks. Whether that's actual or now not isn't going to difference humans's attitudes. There obviously are humans who do not forget it artwork - however the first-rate majority thinks of it as whatever BUT artwork. If you insist upon this sort of factor, you'll be able to ought to wait till you are legally historic ample to make the ones choices for your self, and you'll be able to ought to come to a decision whether or not the terrible picture is valued at it. Tats and piercings have stored in any other case tremendously certified humans from very prestigious and good-paying jobs and commonly repulse humans whose friendship and companionship you'll rather advantage from. I understand, it's not reasonable to pass judgement on others so harshly - however that is the truth - so much humans will pass judgement on you that harshly. So while you succeed in the factor wherein you'll be able to come to a decision for your self - simply be very, very certain. Additionally, recollect that eliminating tats is primarily high priced and complex. Piercings can depart unpleasant and everlasting blemishes even if eliminated. Good success!

The biggest difference between tattooed people and non tattooed, is we don't care that you aren't tattooed.
I'm covered and a college grad with a good job, so all the other preconceptions don't hold true. Just don't worry about it and it will be OK.

since i run with the biker community, I don't judge a person by their skin art. Many bikers are lawers, doctors, scientists and other professionals. A lot of these have tatoos ( mostly discreet ones) then there is the true blue hard core biker type that has sleeves(total arm coverage) or even most of the body covered in art. Some of these people are the most intelligent and caring people I have met. -- in other words.. don't stop looking at someone at the skin.

I would never ever be intimate with someone with tatoos because it is very likely that they have Hepatitis C, and I mean drinking after them even (could make THEM sick) That aside, it depends on what they are of. If someone has a memorial tatoo or something deeply personal, very beautiful, or actually original, I would appreciate it as a statement, or as art. But if you have the stupid Tazmanian Devil or some other cartoon character, then you are a dolt. And my crackhead uncle's girlfriend the crackhead tatoo artist once said "the only tatoos I have seen of people that get their lover's name put on are the ones I cover up" on her way to steal out of my Granny's purse.

easydovie expressed it well! Every generation have certain fads, and this is what tattoos are. One thing different about this fad is it's permanent unless you pay ALOT of $$$$ to have them removed. I just wonder how those with tattoos will feel about them as they get older. I"m sure there will be alot that wish they didn't have them. How are they going to explain why they got them to the next generation ( their children and grandchilren)
