I'm on disability and I'm feeling stronger like I may be ready to go back to work and I have a really good job offer but I would have to move, the location is cool though because I'd be around all my close friends and church. I live around family now but we're not close and really don't know each other cuz I'm a lot younger then they are & they've made it clear that they don't care whether I'm here or not & have said they don't want to take the time to get to know each other. If I stay I wouldn't have to work & would just collect disability, food stamps & medicaide. Thing is I want to do more then just exsist, I want to make something of myself I'm a strong confident smart, caring, capable person, who can accomplish anything I put my mind to, I've over come a lot of hell and deserve more out of life.

Use the Ticket To Work. You can try a job, still collect disability up to 9 months. If you find you cannot do the job, then you don't jeopardize what is set in place. If you can work, then up to five years you can work and if you find you cannot do it, then it is still there.

There are a lot of people out there - there are new friends to be made.

You have to think about yourself: if you can work, it is so much more rewarding than having disability.

GO FOR IT.

You already have an answer to your question. Just a little encouragement from me, take the job. What is the worse than can happen? You need to move from all that negative energy and go and make your life better than it is currently. This job seem to offer more than that

it is a wonderful thing that you do not want to just exist but persist to work hard and achieve your goal. go ahead and join the job without any rethinking. it is surprising that your family members made it clear to you that they dont care, just tell them they are no more your family as you wouldnt like to treat them so. show them how you excel in your life so that they want to become one in your family.

Well,
first, how old is you? if you think you're young enough, just try to get another job that suit you.
Second, Do what you want, don't do what you don't, cause it's your life, if you want to feel alive, do you with your way.
Third, Life is beautiful and also for fun, so, if you want to change job, just do it, cause it's not fun nor beautiful if you do what doesn't suit you.

so, it's back to you. do you love your job? or you love being "exist".
