I cant afford an attorney or I would have one, and no I dont know why Social Security declined me. But I do have all of my medical records and so do they. I feel stuck!!! Is there anyway I can get a case hearing soon, even before they schedule one? Or do I have to wait on them?

Most likely not without an attorney. My partner had back surgery in Florida, the Dr. classified him as disabled. We moved to NY and then he filed for disability. Social Security denied him the first time without barely looking at records. The second time they sent him to their Dr and after 5 minutes the Dr was done then SSI said he was not disabled. We sought out a lawyer and having no money only got advise. Have you Doctors write what you can and cannot do. Ask them if they would be willing to go to court with you. Get public assistance, they have to get you a legal counsil.

Good Luck

You should contact your state senator and ask for help. Your state should also have some kind of advocacy goup that should be able to assist.
