In addition to the closest place being as mentioned above in the first answer. If this is a geography type question. It might be they are asking what type of river system this is called.
It appears to be a confined river valley system. It appears to be in India, south of Kathmandu. The area appears to be well populated though. Plenty of water. I would check a normal atlas in the library.
