Please don't give any short answers or silly answers on please. I actually want to know what theories there are as to why this happens.

A person is sleeping, and then their hand is suddenly submersed in warm water, they urinate. Why does the body react like this?

I have tried submerging a sleeping person's hand in warm water many times, and nothing happened. I also tried submerging it in cold water, but still, nothing happened. I wonder how the temperature of the water supposedly causes a decrease in concentration of the antidiuretic hormone.
