to change from kilo to lbs multiply your weight in kilo by 2.2. example. lets say you weigh 65 kilo. 65 X 2.2 = 143 lbs.. to know your height in feet, just multiply each foot by 30. ex.
your 5 ft, your height in cm is 150 cm.

Multiply kilo by 2.2
Divide cm by 2.54 then by 12.
To tell when you need to multiply or divide compare the two units to see which is bigger.
Small to Big DIVIDE the Pig
Big to Small MULTIPLY all.

1 pound = 0.4536 kilos
1 feet = 30.48 cms
I for example:
44 kilometers / 0.4636 = 97 pounds
155 centimeters / 30.48 = 5.09 feets
