What exactly must one feel? How can one be sure it came?

the answer is very simple. no one could explanin it or define it, cause it's a one kind of feeling that connects you to the some sacred thing,so one thinks that would be the truth we are finding and we born for. and that time you will feel safe and nearest to your soul.and will never demand for anything else.
yes it's a one kind of worship of god or god it self is sacred love.

then, after that's all cooled down, the real work begins to make love good and lasting which takes a little knowledge and some skills you either have or must learn from relationship training.
what's the point of love if you don't know or have the skills to KEEP IT? unless you just want to go from love to love to love..........(which ain't love at all!)

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.
