I suggest a silver! The tendency, when wearing red, is to apply WAY TOO MUCH colour. Use something that is pearlescent and completely neutral.

It can depend on your skin, eye, and hair color too...
I usually use cream or pearl colors, even an iridescent white can be nice when wearing red, or blend any of that with neutral browns in the outer corner.
Smokey is always nice for night time.

Red goes wonderfully well with gothic/dramatic makeup. If your skin tone takes brown well, you should be able to carry off gold and bronze...which are essentially earth tone but carry a tinge of shimmer.
My rule of thumb is, choose just one facial feature to highlight, meaning if you have gorgeous eyes, play it up, but keep lips soft and shimmery. If you hav gorgeous kissable lips, go for the dramatic blood red by don't over do the eyes and cheeks. Hope this helps!

Try something pinkish. There are some great shadows that are neither pink, nor maroon- something falling in between. They look good with just about every skin color (except if you're really, really fair). Also, use something with a shimmery effect.
You could also try silver- but the pinkish tones are in style this summer.

Neuturals and browns go best I think. But don't be afraid to be adventurous also. Try something new. Try a black shadow on your lid and flare it outward to make a subtle cat eye, that would be cool. And use a different color over top of your lid.

What you need to do, this will make it really dramatic and perfect, Take a nude shimmery eye shadow rub it onto ur eye lids not too much jsut right and with black i mean BLACK eye liner trace your top lashes very very close with it, and rim your bottoms too! This is so amazing! then you can pull off some red lip stick with that!!! :) Enjoy!

highlight your brow bone with a very beige colour. shade your eyes up to the eyeballs with brown. apply cream-type eyeshadow in a pearly shade of either white/nude/sand/pink/rose/wine and line your eyelid.
for a night time look, use a darker shade for the lid (e.g. wine) and line both upper and bottom lids.

Depends on the shade, but mostly browns. Gold can work too, or even smokey shades. There are so many different reds, it really depends.

I heard your eyeshadow should NEVER match your clothes. If your going to a club use a light silvery color, if your going on a date stick to neutral.
