I hear they are located across the street from microsoft, dell, gateway, and 50 other companies that have outsourced to India.

I'm not bitter though, as a businessman I would do the same. Why pay someone a living here when I can pay someone else a fraction of it to do the same job? Here people don't want to help you, and you can tell it in their voice. There, people want to help you, but you can't understand a thing they say. Win / Win situation.

Good luck getting it to work my friend.

if you mean to say calling from pc to pc, just send an instant message to the other party, then click the call icon in there, if it won't work out in your current location, then you can still call india by using the conference icon.

good luck!

you can call from computer to computer. If you want to call from computer to telephone, then you need to upgrade, I think its paid service.
For calling computer to computer, the person you want to call should be online & should have messanger with voice. Both of you should have headphone with mic.
