Hmmm...
If you have a lamp near or on your desk, don't put it directly on your study area. Place it somewhere off to the side where it gives you enough light but makes your space dimmer. It makes concentration and relaxation a lot better.
You could also do a five minute work-out to get oxygen to the brain and such.
Hope this could help!

Calming music without words, Try meditation if you do that kinda thing lol
Relax your mind for a bit.10 mins to 20
I have poor concentration too, usually Lighting a candle, meditation and listening to calm music helps me.
Try renuing yourself with a shower maybe?
Read outloud slowly to yourself and take it alllll in, every word and every phrase. If its history put yourself into the time and era.
All kinds of creative things.
All those work for me I dont know if they will work for you ^^
Good Luck!

I'd get some sleep and set your alarm earlier and drink some red bull after a shower and start studying early. Next time organize yourself and don't wait til the last minute. (Easier said than done. Learned the hard way).

Go to bed. Get up early, change your routine. Many people find it much better tostudy in the early morning after a good night's sleep when it is really quiet and peaceful. Also helps if you study yoga and meditation.

Try some tea. Warm tea, not iced tea. Usually better to study at early dawn, that's when the mind would be most receptive and fresh.

You need have 15 - 20 mins. for you and your self only. you have to be alone in your room, close you eyes and try to not listen to any sound. Concentrate in you, inner of you. Eyes close by focus on your forhead.
Do it for week and you will notice difference.
You can do it between your studies.

Just loo at your goals and what it means to you. Make sure to give yourself a short break to get your mind off the subject. Finally have a plan on what you need to get through.
