What should I do...it is before my bedtime, but my stomach wants food!

Here is a few suggestions. I hope they help you out. If you're hungry and it's before your bedtime (depending on what time you fall asleep), trying eating a healthy snack like a banana or an apple. If fruit isn't your thing try something like a small bowl of cereal that low in sugar with some low-fat or skim milk. If that doesn't suit your fancy, try low-fat cream cheese and crackers (graham or Ritz work best) or whatever crackers you like with a small glass of whatever juice you like. I don't know if this helps, but it's the best that I can come up with that is healthy but can also be filling when it's late and you don't wanna wait for food.

ummm how about some icecream mmmm thats what i want. and well its 1:47am as im answering this so yeah i wish i had some icecream to eat i don't care what time it is! LOL!
