should i get a leoperd geko or a water dragon...or baby beardies(i have 2 grown beardies?

i can get one of those wich should i get?

I have had all three & they are all great in their own way.
Leopard geckos will cost the least to purchase & to take care of properly.

My personal favorite is the bearded dragon however.

I have a Chinese Water Dragon (Steve). He's almost 5 years old now. I've had him since he was a baby and he's been a great, healthy dragon - nice temperment. He's always easy to handle and seems to enjoy contact with me. I had another dragon before him that was given to me as a gift but found out later he really wasn't healthy from the start- lighter green color as a baby and he died after a year. If you do buy a water dragon, make sure that their color is a darker green (almost blackish green) if they are a baby. Their color will lighten some (medium green) as they get older and they will develope nice turquiose stripes along their back and on the bottom of their cheeks. I love beardies too but a beardie would be my second choice if I couldn't have a water dragon.

depends on what you would rather care for. Leopard geckos are fairly easy, stay small, are from pretty arid environments, and are pretty handleable. Water dragons require a TON of room to thrive (about the same space as an adult iguana), need proper ventilation and high humidity, and can be pretty sensitive and flightly, though I've heard they are handleable... they'd be mostly to look at. Another thing to watch out for is that most water dragons are wild-caught, and most of the ones in pet stores are in pretty sad shape... Personally I'd go with a water dragon if you have the time, room, and $$ for one (or two). They're beautiful animals, I'd love to get one myself sometime but I just don't have the means at the moment. Leopard geckos are cute too.
