I dont really know about this but since you aren't being flooded with suggestions I can tell you that so many years ago I remember my grandmother using oven cleaner, yes oven cleaner and the results were amazing. I am sure it would depend some on the material we are talking about. Something you can try if it ends up to be your only hope. good luck!

Sometimes I have had some end up on the neck line and it eventually washed out. But my guess is that your pink blouse should be dyed black. Sorry~

You can't without bleach, which will obviously remove all color from the shirt. I know from experience.
