If you have completed your 12th Std. then just go for the BPO job. Nothin will pay you better than that. Just u need to have a fluent spoken english with a normal accent

seems like every company in the US is hiring people in India to handle tech support or help after hours. Just remember to talk slowly and repeat yourself often...its hard to understand what your saying with your accents.
